Deliverables of the design concept phase:
The concept design phase is where we take our ideas and turn them into real, detailed plans for your space.
During this phase, we'll put together detailed floor plans, lighting layouts, and figure out all the materials we’ll need. I also pick out furniture, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and accessories that fit with the overall style we’ve agreed on. It’s all about finding the right balance between how things look, how they work, and what feels like you. We'll show you different design options and go over any budget details for materials, colors, and appliances. To help you really picture it, I use 3D renderings or sketches.
This is the stage where everything starts to come together, and we'll make sure you get a clear sense of how the finished space will look and feel.

We’ll walk you through the finished design, share any care tips or product details you’ll need, and make sure you feel fully at home in your new environment.

Yes! We're happy to provide post-project support - whether you need help styling new items, want seasonal refresh tips, or are ready to tackle another space.
5. Do you offer support after the project is complete?
Invoices and payment schedules are outlined clearly in your client lounge. The design fee typically covers concept development, sourcing, layout planning, and project coordination. Product costs and third-party services (like contractors or delivery fees) are billed separately.
4. What's your billing process like?
I try to finalize all selections before ordering, but I understand that preferences can evolve. Once an item is ordered, returns or changes may incur restocking fees or delays depending on the vendor. I'll always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
3. What if I change my mind about a selection after it’s been ordered?
Absolutely. If there are pieces you love or want to keep for budget or sentimental reasons, I'll incorporate them into the design. Just let me know early on so I can build around them.
2. Can I keep existing furniture or décor?
Timelines vary based on the scope of your project and product lead times, but most full-room designs take between 8 to 16 weeks from concept to completion. You'll see a detailed timeline in your portal to follow progress.
